The Grenadier Guards is one of the oldest and most iconic regiments of the British Army. Part of the Household Division, they are renowned for their grit, loyalty and determination.

In battle they are deployed as Light Role Infantry ops, at home they have a ceremonial role protecting the monarch and their uniform of scarlet tunics and bearskins is instantly recognisable across the globe.

The Grenadiers can trace their lineage back to 1656 when Lord Wentworth raised a Regiment in Bruges to protect the exiled Charles II.

In 1665 Wentworth’s regiment was combined with John Russell’s Regiment to form the 1st Regiment of Foot Guards. Since then, the Grenadier Guards have served in every major conflict of the British Army, earning 78 Battle Honours.

One of the oldest mottos in the forces, Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense translates from the original French as Shame on Anyone Who Thinks Evil of It. A sobering warning to potential foes and testament to the pure and true spirit of The Grenadier Guards.

This expertly engraved range of cufflinks and lapel pins featuring the motto and insignia of The Grenadier Guards offers the perfect way to honour a soldier or veteran and their career of service.
